How to buy online
As soon as checkout is completed, you will receive an order confirmation by email, this is the receipt of the order: this email will only be a confirmation and will not constitute acceptance of purchase by BISU’.
The contract will not be completed until our delivery partner sends you a confirmation by email that the products that you ordered have been dispatched. The contract is considered concluded when the objects listed in the email confirmation will be sent to you from our delivery partner.
bisubologna.com welcomes payments from Paypal accounts and reserves the right to process orders only if shipped to the same address that the verified Paypal account is registered with.
Bank Wire Transfer
When Bank Wire Transfer is selected at the order confirmation as the method of payment, the customer will automatically receive an email confirming the account information for bisubologna.com. The merchandise will then be reserved for the order and shipped once the funds are deposited in bisubologna.com’s bank account.
The merchandise will be shipped once bisubologna.com has received the funds and the merchandise is available for shipment.
As per delivery of his/her purchase, a customer can choose his/her own residence or domicile, his/her working place or any private address of someone of his/her choice whose residence or domicile is within the boundaries of the European Union and outside the European Union other than Black-listed countries.
Our products can be delivered to the address given by our customers only after the regular credit entry of payment concerning an order.
In case of, on delivery, a parcel looks damaged; a customer should open it in the presence of the carrier to check the condition of its contents.
For security reasons, deliveries to P.O. boxes can’t be made and orders can’t be carried out. As regards any order made through website, Infinito sas is not obliged to invoice a customer unless it is clearly required by the customer himself/herself at the time of transaction as per article 22 paragraph 1 number 1 D.P.R. 633/1972. No change in a receipt is possible after its issue.
Delivery charges are receiver’s account and are clearly highlighted in order forms. They may change according to forwarding details and to place of delivery. All products will be delivered by courier.
Orders will be carried out and products delivered from Monday to Friday (holidays and national holidays excepted). Infinito sas is not responsible for unexpected delays and,( acts of God excepted) products will be delivered within 30(thirty) days starting from the next day a customer has confirmed his/her order to Infinito sas.
When goods are delivered, a customer or one of his/her representatives must be present at the address written in the order form. Besides he/she must check:
1. that the number of packages to be delivered corresponds to what is written in the carriage note;
2. that packaging appears neither damaged nor wet but fully fit also in its closing wrapping.
Possible damages to packaging and/ or products or a missing number of packages or indications must be immediately notified by quoting relevant remarks onto delivery receipt of the courier. Once signed the courier’s delivery receipt, without remarks, no claims about the external look of the package will be allowed.
In case Infinito sa is not able to deliver goods due to temporary unexpected unavailability of their products they will inform their customers in time, anyway not beyond 30 days by e-mail. The sum of money already paid by customers will be refunded as soon as possible, anyway not beyond 30 days from the receipt of purchase orders.
For purchases on delivery in Italy shipping is free for orders over 80 euros.
For purchases on delivery abroad the estimate of shipping costs is given after knowing delivery address.
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union Customs expenses will be charged to consignees and added to shipping ones.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS OF THE PURCHASED GOODS
According to the Italian laws on retail trade (Article 64 and of the Consumer Code, DL vol 22.07.2005 No 206) you the buyer have the unconditional right to return goods within 10 working days from the time you receive and sign for the purchased products.
We stipulate however, that if the item is faulty when you recieve it, the buyer or the recipeient of the item must contact BISU’ by email within 3 working days, thereafter any returns will not be considered.
It is neccessary to ask for the authorisation of return by emailing us at the e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with “Request of return” as the object, indicating the order number (eg. Request of return, order nr. 00000)
We will send you an e-mail with clear instructions and details how to make a return, including the delivery address for the return and a form of return with an authorisation code. You will need to attach the filled in form inside the pack. We will not accept returns that do not meet the stated requirements.
You have a maximum of 10 working days to return your order as soon as you get the return code. Our logistics service will check the items returned and, if they meet the above conditions, we will proceed to make the replacement of the order.
Once the returned merchandise has been received and reviewed, you will be notified by e-mail. We inform you that any goods that are returned will not be refunded, and can only be replaced or amended.
Our guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
We hope you will adore your BISU’ purchase as much as we do creating them. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, unfortunately BISU’ does not provide replacment service of any kind for purchases made online.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR REPLACEMENTS
The quality of all articles are made to meet the highest standards and checked for possible defects before they are shipped.
Items must be returned in their original sealed packaging to ensure they are adequately protected during transport.
We offer the opportunity to make adjustments in the sizes of jewellery (where specified in the product) before delivery. We offer a personalised service so we invite you to email us first with any requirements you have, before the final sale is concluded.
The changes are made within the technical limits of intervention and the physical characteristics of the product itself.
In case you have doubts concerning the modifiability of any piece of jewellery please send an e-mail for information before purchasing the product. We can provide all the information you need beofre your purchase is concluded.
The procedure for modifying the jewellery can lengthen the time of shipment.
Order cancellation in compliance with laws on distance selling
(Right of withdrawal)
Customers based in the EU are entitled to cancel their order according to The law on consumer protection and distance selling – ConsumerProtection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSR) by written notice within 7 working days from the receipt of the order.
The customer must provide a written notice to the customer service in order to cancel the entire order within seven working days from the receipt of the items purchased.

When we receive a notice of cancellation of the order, we will send an email with the confirmation and a return form. Enter the number of the invoice received with your order and include with the goods to be returned so that we can make the repayment as soon as possible.
We recommend that you insure the goods that you want to return because the customer will be held responsible for any damage of the goods until it’s on its way at our warehouse. We also recommend that you use a traceable and secure means for returning the order. Please note that the customer must cover the cost of return shipment.
All items must be returned unused in their original package and condition.
We will refund the full order value, excluding the cost of shipping, within 30days from receiving the notice of order cancellation. If we do not receive the order is cancelled, we will retrieve the goods at the expense of the customer.
If the client comunicates the request of return before the shipment of the order, BISU will refund the full price paid including shipping costs.
Please note that you can apply the right of withdrawal in accordance with the law DSR only with the prior written notice within seven days from the receipt of the order, as previously described.
Important: The right of withdrawal cannot be applied for custom jewellery.
